In this workshop, you will learn Ayurvedic principles based on a correct diet and healthy lifestyle. During this class you will receive many important tips about your personal diet according to your nature, and in sync with your Dosha (personal physical and mental constitution).
The aim of this workshop is to promote understanding of the basic principles of Ayurveda, which are the Vedic view of creation, the principles of the five elements and how their qualities affect the body.
Also covered in the session, is how to evaluate the Doshas in yourself and recognize how the Doshas aggravate the body and cause disease, as well as how food combining affects digestion including how to choose a healthy diet and lifestyle.
